I recently tried to sign up for open office. It downloaded but now I cannot locate it to open it to use. Can you help?

Hi, I've installed OpenOffice and I've gone to your website (twice) and registered the suite and completed the user survey. But every time I start my computer it opens with an OpenOffice screen telling me I have to register OpenOffice. How do I get rid of this. Thank you, Patsy Hughes

choose a program now...and wait... and wait. This morning, some of the docs that we could get to last week, can no longer be opened at all. I just upgraded OpenOffice.org from 1.1 to 2.0.1. When I initiate "Help" when in a calc spreadsheet I get the following message: Unfortunately the Help page you selected was not found. The following data could be helpful in locating the error: Help ID: *text%2Fscalc%2Fmain.xhp *
