As a new user and a new list member, I am somewhat puzzled as to why
the digest keeps appearing on my computer in so many different
formats, colors, fonts, etc. I am used to a fixed format list, but
this one sometimes changes fonts, has the text in various colors, or
even has tinted backgrounds
I have tried several times to post to this list, but my posts never
appear in the digest. Is it because I subscribe ONLY to the DIGEST?
That is no problem on other lists I belong to.

I'm using Windows XP SP2. Open Office 1.1.4. My printer is an HP PSC
1315. I have no other problems with other applications. When I export
