Please mention which version of OOo and which operating system. A few things that you might try: 1. In 2.4.1 Writer you can check Tools|Options|OpenOffice.org Writer|Print and check "Paper tray from printer". Or, if it's checked, uncheck it. 2. File|Printer Settings|Properties|Paper Tray|ignore or button select might work. 3. Use spadmin to reinstall and reset the printer in OOo. You can also use spadmin to print test pages from OOo, but those tend to waste ink; I'd just bring up OOo and print a single period - that way you don't waste ink or paper. 4.
