As others have noted, you don't have to contact anyone or really do much
apart from read and accepting the license - which for users is just
about the most non-invasive license I've encountered.
All you have to do is to accept the conditions (ordinary conditions
about responsibility of the company etc.).
You may install the software without special arrangements.
