I was the person who accidentally did this at one point, which I can see the
problem with letting people have control however, I think if there was a
decent faq for bugzilla controls on the wine site it'd be less of a problem.
Not to mention verbal aggression at someone new to the scene wasn't very
tactful, a simple explanation would have sufficed. I only bring this up
because it will drive new users away.
