Hi Russ,

In the wmaker package for Ubuntu, I grepped for 'chrom' and could only
find these lines
char *Internet[MAX_NR_APPS][2] = {
{ N_("Chromium"), "chromium" },
{ N_("Chromium"), "chromium-browser" },
{ N_("Google Chrome"), "google-chrome" },
{ N_("Mozilla Firefox"), "firefox" },
in wmaker_0.95.7.orig.tar\WindowMaker-0.95.7\util\wmgenmenu.h
This leaves me wondering, precisely what do you see being launched, and
from what button?

I suppose those bugs remain local to redhat. (as do bugs filed to debian, ubuntu..e tc9. Maybe if somebody develops a patch there it could have sense to pull it in if it is generally applyable.. Re: default apps
The News link at the windowmaker.org website says that the latest rev, version 0.95.8, was released on March 11th, 2017. So SOMEBODY is doing updates. Release notes at: http://repo.or.cz/wmaker-crm.git/blob/HEAD:/NEWS I have no idea if any of this speaks to the bug reports you've made.
