The Together ControlCenter Accelerator Plug-in for BEA WebLogic Workshop links TogetherSoft's ControlCenter Java modeling tool with BEA's visual Web services development framework, making it possible for developers to work on, deploy, and test J2EE applications as well as build UML models for Web services in ControlCenter that can be accessed via the server-side control framework in WebLogic Workshop. (InfoWorld) SUN REVISES EARNINGS, EXPECTS OTHERS TO SETTLE WITH SEC | CNET Sun pulled in $68 million more revenue for its quarter that ended June 30 than it reported earlier. The revised earnings filing boosted its per-share net income by a penny for the quarter. The company also reported that it expects to settle a case made by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC charges that Sun broke export rules when it sold equipment to Egypt in 1998 and Hong Kong in 1997.
