Completely agree, which is why I think it has to not be about
technology... with one rather large caveat.

It needs people who understand why the previous stuff was wrong, and
hence who want to focus away from the technology.  Its amazing how
often why I try and get people to do this you get the push back that
its "because you don't understand the technology" its not a difficult
push-back, but it is a mind-set challenge, and without the experience
of why it isn't magic pixie dust you won't be credible in selling it.
