Im using Oracle JDeveloper with Business Components for Java (JDeveloper
3.1), this IDE offers:
* Integrated support for building end-to-end e-business applications
* IDE to develop, debug, deploy, reuse and customize multi-tier
component-based Java and XML applications.
* SQL*Plus Integration (JDBC or SQLJ)
* XML Parser for Java
* Remote debugging (Servlets, JSP, Java Stored Procedures, CORBA objects &
EJB running inside Oracle 8i DB)

for me this is a great IDE, but Visual Age & JBuilder are nice too.
