in the newest version (master branch) it work like a charm. I allready use it
with centreon.

I found the nagios wrapper. It just wraps the shinken-arbiter command exactly
as a soft link would have. for nconf to work it needs to wrap the functionality
of the nagios binary as well as the command line options.
This will require more work.
