This is the classic response from those that support the sheet wrap side of the argument. However, the technology used on filament wound shafts has come a long way in recent years and I suspect that the criticism about the proportion of epoxy used is not as valid as it used to be.
 
Last year I got hold of a number of Rapport filament wound shafts that were the same shaft as used in the Adams range. I sold a heap of them and got very good and positive feedback from a variety of golfers.

   Love the idea of filament wound but have feedback from my customers of the shafts feeling dead. I have talked to a couple mfg.(sheet wrap) and the say it is due to the process and the epoxy needed to bond the rein strands. What is your feeling on the matter?
