Keith, As in most things concerning golf, it depends! If they are forged heads chances are the plating is peeling or wearing off. Wearing off is probably not the case if its in the cavity area. With forged theres not much you can do short of having them re-plated. If they are cast a cleaning with a fine steel wool followed by a wax job should do the trick. I don't like demels for this because they can be a little agressive. Carl
