Has anyone tried out one of those club head adapter removal tools that a couple of the companies have been pushing? You’re supposed to coat the adapter in heat resistant gel, then screw this tool into the adapter, and it’s supposed to pull clean. I’d probably put a new adapter on the shaft afterwards, so I’m not really worried about the adapter, but I would like to rescue a few expensive graphite shafts I have lying around.
