Dear SIESTA users, I'm trying to make a model of two carbon nanotube junction with an angle. But I don't know how to rotate the electrode so that to form a angle between two CNT. It seems achievable because I find this paper talking about this technique. http://arxiv.org/pdf/1502.04966.pdf On page 27 figure 38 So, could anyone help me with this problem?
