Hi guys, I am working on a Q&A type of project so it can be either local specific (e.g. where can I get this?) or general type of questions (e.g. how to fix?)
I have been thinking the following scenarios: 1. Launch .com.......... when there is enough Australian audience, launch .com.au (similar the way Freelancer.com and Freelancer.com.au) 2. Launch .com.au..........capture the local market.......then launch .com once it has proven the model is working. I would like to get some opinions on pros and cons when launch it to a global market (.com) versus local (.com.au). Thanks in advance.
