We still have to create it, James! 

The basic strategy is to make some CS and have it tested for ppm at a
local environmental lab or one of the vendors like CS Pro. Adjust
your process until you get to the ppm you want to use, retesting as
you go until you're satisfied. You will now have an approximate
calibration curve for *your* CS, the way you make it, over a narrow
range of adjustment.

Then you can at least assure yourself of repeatable results from one 
batch to the next, which is about the best use of the TDS meters.

I wouldn't expect to really know the ppm to better than +/- 20% by 
way of *any* method that you or I could afford to use!

All of this is IMHO, of course!
