We're using QEMU, which if you're using KVM on Linux, should be similar
(and seems to be what oVirt uses). You'll just want to make sure that if
you're using virtio or IDE on SmartOS, that you're using the same type
of controller in however you specify it in there. I'd be surprised if
they don't allow you to control that. Otherwise, dd-ing the zvol to an
image and importing that raw image is the path that I'd go down.
