Hmmm, maybe a pair of stilts like the dry waller installers use would allow
a full
1 1/2 meter wingspan to be sidelaunched. Another bonus -- the launch would
start a couple of feet higher, so your final launch height would also be a
couple of feet higher. Any rules against using really tall stilts? ;-)
