I had the same question, and used a nifty program to find the answer. The
following links were the first two which showed up when I searched the web
for dynamic soaring. The program is Copernic 2000, available free (or more
options for a fee) at http://www.copernic.com
I'll let these two pages describe it for you.

Subject: [RCSE] Dynamic Soaring?
What exactly is dynamic soaring? I have heard quite a bit about it, but no
information has been found on the net. Thanks in advance,
Greg
