We just had the biggest wild fire they have ever
had in Texas. Over 660,000 acres burned and still going. Seven
people dead. It is very dry in the TX Panhandle. Had winds up to
60mph. People saw horses and cattle on fire and they just stood
there. I guess they were tired of running. This part of the country
is very dry--TX,Okl, NM and several other states.
No towns were burned up, so we were lucky.
Several homes destroyed out in the country.
