Nope! and yes! Let rephrase it: The forward wing
should always have higher aspect ratio, so on
a canard it is the canard wing, on a conventional plane
it is the main wing :-)!

There are exceptions flying around, but most test pilots
call their flight characteristics 'unusual'!

You always want the nose wing to stall first, as to make
the plane pick up speed faster. If the rear stalls first
you can get into deep s**t, in more ways than one!

On triple winged aircraft, like the turbo-prop Avanti, I bet the
rearmost wing stalls last, and the main wing after the nose wing!

Note that that plane breaks the aspect ratio rule, too!
