Usually it's because of the amount of up elevator trim.
What happens if you put the glider into a shallow dive and
release on the stick? Does it pull out quickly? If so,
try decreasing up elevator trim a bit to see if this helps.
As you decrease the trim, the glider should fly a bit faster,
but still level. If this works, you can move the center of
gravity back a bit (less weight in the nose).
If this shallow dive results in the glider diving even worse,
you need to move the cg forwards (more weight in the nose).
