Get a good AntiVirus program if you don't already have one, and BE SURE
to update it on a regular basis.  I use Norton Anti Virus Corporate
Edition at work and just regular Norton Anti Virus at home.  I have
received tons and tons of e-mails with the virus but the anti virus
software has stopped them all.  

It will be interesting to see how long this thing runs rampant before
some one finally figures out how to put a stop to it.  

Our network activity is really high on the POP3 port (Ethernet port that
is used for receiving e-mail) I don't even want to venture how many of
these our server is blocking.  But the network traffic is much higher
than it usually is.
