Please note that despite what you may find written on the www.winrad.org site (not maintained by me), the version of the program is V1.32 BUILD 19 and not build 20.
Build 19 is the latest (and the last) build written. In the About panel of the program you will find "build 19". The filename for the installer is Winrad_132b19_setupXP.exe where "b19" means "build 19". And if you display the "program identification data" of the Winrad.exe module with a debugger, you will find V1.32 build 19. True, I corrected the WAV file naming, but that change was so minor that in my eyes does not justify a build number change, and as a final consideration I want to stand behind my former declaration that build 19 is the "last" of Winrad, which is now frozen. 73 Alberto I2PHD
