Ex-Commissioner’s Home Attacked, Girl Abused
The Former Kapoeta South County Commissioner Marko Lokitoe Lokuuta has announced that his Juba home has been attacked and robbed by unknown group of men who also abused a girl in the house. 15 May 2013 By Peter Lokale Nakimangole TORIT, 14 May 2013 [Gurtong] – He disclosed to Gurtong in Torit that at his home in his absence, his son Matthew Marko Lokitoe with other two of his in-laws; one young man and one girl, all were told to lie down as they violently posed questions including asking where Lokuuta was. According to the former leader of Kapoeta South County, his son answered them while lying on a floor that his father was in Torit. Lokuuta explained to Gurtong that the violent robbers immediately went ahead to abuse the only girl who was there with the two boys and afterward they left them after they had collected all mobile phones and went away as they threatened the neighbours that their time will come when they come back one day to attack again. He said he was informed the robbers who were many in number came in a vehicle and fled back using the vehicle while echoing words of threats to the neighbours. The former leader narrated that the condition of the girl whom he said was shamefully abused has been taken to a hospital by one of their representatives at the National Legislative Assembly, Hon. Peter Jamal, and the former Eastern Equatoria State Minister for Parliamentary Affairs. Regretting on what has happened to the girl whom according to him his one of his in-laws, on.
