Buy RHN Satellite. Then you can sync directly using satellite-sync.
But you probably know that :)
Maybe the SUSE guys are working on that, as their intend is to allow
management of RH machines with SUSEmanager (at least during migration
phase). From what I get from their docs, you have to connect the
SUSEmanager node directly to the Satellite DB to get the data from.
There does not seem to be an integrated machanism to sync RH channels
from rhn, yet.
