My old IRI Hydraulic calculator has C factors on the back as follows for iron and steel pipe: New -120, 10yrs -110; 15-100; 20-90; 30-80; 50-70 and 75 yrs - 60.
I'm assuming you'll also be using a revised C factor for the UG. If so, you may want to run water flow tests to determine your actual C-factor. I hope this helps.
