Not necessarily a better alternative going black painted. Had a job where we 
used sch. 10 roll grooved 4'' as opposed to screwed. The sch. ten had a CRR of 
7; corrosion resistance ration, expected to last 7 times longer. Threads are 
the week point with either pipe. Galvanizing is compromised  by threading also 
but Sch. 10 would be roll grooved, correct?
