Or perhaps less than normal assistance can be billed extra. I asked for a small soda at the Burger King. I was informed that they didn't have have small, only large and "regular." I asked what size "regular was and was told it's like a medium. So I said, "Then that would be between a large and a small size?" She replied yes. I said well then I want the small one regular is bigger than. She said regular was the smallest they had.
I don't know of any manuals instructing contractors to bury the job ib RFIs, and so I'll accept that they exist on David's word, but what's excessive? We have a Sesame Street predicament here.
