IP address precedence in multiple ACLs/sources

I read docs and I didn't find an explanation.

 

Suppose I have:

 

source corplan {

   ip 10.0.0.0/8

}

 

and also:

 

source noaccess {

   ip 10.0.0.100/32

}

 

Which one (corplan or noaccess) takes precedence ?

Is the order inside squidguard.conf relevant ?

Is the order inside ACL relevant ?
