I have been working on a dev branch of sfAssetsLibraryPlugin: http://svn.symfony-project.com/plugins/sfAssetsLibraryPlugin/branches/jillelaine/ The code is heavily commented wherever I made changes from trunk. I'd appreciate comments, suggestions and criticism.
There are several enhancements: the user can configure file upload size limits and permission settings in app.yml. See the README for information. Informative discussion with halfer on upload size limits here: 'Uploads are ignored if they exceed PHP limit' http://www.symfony-project.org/forum/index.php/mv/msg/13325/53369/ And the permission settings (if they work correctly) could be useful in symfony core to move away from the hard-coded permission settings of 0777 & 0666 found in symfony and some plugins. I managed to convince 'the boss' to include my work on this plugin into my 'individual development plan' at my workplace, so it's good to hear where I need to make improvements. And of course, I want to make a good contribution to symfony too. :-) --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "symfony users" group.
