Jeremias, Many of the reviewers of your proposal have no idea that F5 is (other than a key at the top of my keyboard). Also, while some may know about groebner stuff, others won't. To make your proposal accessible to all reviewers I suggest:
* Describe what these things are in terms that your average student in physics/math/etc. can understand. * Give a background on why sympy devs would be interested in seeing these feature added to sympy. IOW, as a regular sympy user, what will improve as a result of your work.
