I raised this isuee some time ago, but let's mention it agian:

In Section 2.4, two examples are given. They are there for some
time now. And in that time, the "recommended" format of loglines
is changed.

This results in examples,which show how rfc3164 messages are
formated. That is still acceptable, but not according to "new
knowledge"

I propose, to update (at least one) example and show a fully formated
line, with long hostname, long timestamp etc.

A few examples (of my current inplementation) are shown below.
