scpexe is my preference too :) screw the scp desirers 'til they do some real work.
I've pushed up the other taglib directories that have been migrated so far, so feel free to have a play. Next steps are to look at those after they deploy (in 15 min I think). If they look good, then to change the site/ links and parent/site.xml to point to the new sites for those taglibs.
