Hi Suneetha,
In reference to the attached list, Merrimack Valley Hospital
is the only Hospital without a FEIN in CMS. The remainder of the
Hospitals or PHOs are linked to their main Hospital which has a FEIN. For
example, Berkshire Medical Center-Berkshire Campus is linked to Berkshire Medical Center
the main hospital's FEIN. The PHOs are also linked to a
hospital. If you look at the hospital list in the INET, you will see that
each of these hospitals or PHOs are listed under a main hospital. This is
how it is in CMS. You can check with Chris Kane for further
information. I will have Shelley add the FEIN to Merrimack Valley
Hospital. See
the attach file for the Hospitals that were not listed under the main
campus.
