Hi, Mike. Sorry for the delay in replying. I'm very busy getting ready
to launch a secure storage service based on Tahoe-LAFS (see
https://LeastAuthority.com ).

That directory was supposed to be created by the "tahoe create-client"
command. You wrote that you had run that command. Could you find the
output from it, or run it again and capture the output? Perhaps it
created it in a different location, or perhaps there was some error
when it attempted to create it.
