Not sure why I thought it'd be a good idea to use the x64 version of Python with Tahoe .. I removed the x64 version of Python 2.7.5, and installed the x32 version. After running the setup commands from scratch again, I was able to get connect to the test grid with no trouble on Windows 7 x64. Sorry I wasn't able to test your workaround.
Thanks for the help. mike -----Original Message----- From: Daira Hopwood [mailto:davidsa...@leastauthority.com] Sent: Wednesday, July 17, 2013 10:08 AM To: Tahoe-LAFS development Cc: Mike Nation Subject: Re: [tahoe-dev] x32/64 problem? Please report back whether that worked. (It would be <http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20218/pywin32-218.win32-py2.7.exe/download> for 32-bit Windows, assuming Python 2.7.) -- Daira Hopwood ⚥ _______________________________________________ tahoe-dev mailing list tahoe-dev@tahoe-lafs.org https://tahoe-lafs.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/tahoe-dev
