Hi Everyone, ... sometimes "drag and drop" from the inbox to another folder leads to a processing error and fails (but the message stays safely in the inbox). Then the menu option of using the "Move to" window works better. I am not enough of a tech person to understand what might cause this, but I wanted to report that. Again, it may be that I have not properly configured all of my IMAP setup options and it is that which causes this situation.
