He actually means New Message template. I personally prefer an address
book entry, with specific templates designed for the list. Adding the
address to the favourites list will make it easy to create a new message
by selecting the address from the favourites menu (just to the right of
the create new message button on the toolbar).

For the folder template, at the end of the template, one can place

%To="TBUDL <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"

That will automatically fill in the address for a new message.
