No. You can copy (<Ctrl>+C) an entry and paste the clipboards content into
the message. Then you can delete unnecessary line (e.g. using <Ctrl>+Y) and
adjust some minor changes. But it's not really comfortable and It's nothing
I'd call 'easy way to copy ... in non-technie fashionable format'.

No. You can 'Export' it ('Export to' / 'Export selection') to a Business
card (.VCF) file and attach that file.

Most (if not all) MUAs should be able to import that format.
