Hi Try changing the extension of your TW file from .html to .hta This tells IE to open the file a a trusted Hypertext Application instead of a webpage.

BTW, I'm the author of TiddlyLock and I've recently done a minor update to allow the lock file to be located in a folder separate from the TW file itself.
