In one of Coon's earlier texts, mention is made that Dr. Joyce Brothers was
expelled from APA for ethical infractions, that she doesn't have a private
practice, and she is not known for research. Later editions of Coon's text
don't mention this and I haven't seen this reported elsewhere. So...was she
expelled? If so, for what? Is the rest true?
