Jeff,

He's not in Zusne's _Biographical Dicrtionary of Psychology_ which I have
in my office nor in Hilgard's 1993 Retrospective Feature Review  in
Psychological Science.  When my student assistant comes in I'll send him
to the library and ask him to check Bob Lundin's volume of biographical
sketches which is the last volume of the Encyclopedia of Psychology.
He's got to be around some place.
