What I found interesting in the original post was the bit about class time (17 hrs) and study time (20 hrs) are almost a full time job and unreasonable. Nonsense. Getting an education should be a full time job, not something you sandwich in between your social life, paying job, and whatever else you've schedulled for yourself.
