Hey Frank, What I have done with my problem is this: I got a hand held shower wand, opened the part where the water comes out, cut a slim slice of sponge and stuck it right inside the shower head. The water comes out very softly, kind of like a gentle stream. It takes a little longer to shower, but I don't get the needles and hail treatment from the regular stinging water. And a padded toilet seat set in a chair that has the center cut out of the seat frame makes a great tush rester for showering! Hope this helps bubba, and anyone else who can use the ideas.
