 Hi Sandy, My neuro told me that due to my steroids and the fact that I  already have osteoporosis, the chance of a necrotic break is increased exponentially.   The thing is, I too crash whenever they are reduced.  I'm back on 60mgs a day now.   Please give Terry my love and tell him that  I'm sitting in his corner, rooting for him.  Bless his heart.   Grace
