Lynn & Sal, Now this is a question I would love to have answered . Do we want to boost the immune system or suppress it?? Or is the answer one of those nebulous "not too much of anything".. yes, take all vitamins but don't overdo??? Should I be on high doses of vitamin B and B12 ??
