Hi Kevin this is Gerry please do not give up. I too suffer from extreme fatigue. I spend most of my days sleeping; until recently that is. I recently visited my hemotoligist and mentioned it to him ( AS i recently had aspeenoctomy due to Itp) but that is another story. This also added to my fatigue. Anyway he suggested I see a physiotherapist. I thought he was a little out of it but what the heck; I'll try anything. I did that about a month ago. She came once aweek for about an hour and gave me some exercises to do. Mostly for my legs and feet. ( I have great pain walking), Since then I have found myself doing more around the apartment. I seem to have a bit more energy. At least I no longer have my three hour afternoon nap after sleeping tweleve hours. She said it is an ongoing work in progess. I will never be back to normal she said but at least I will have a better outlook on life.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my 'test' post.

Hope everyone is doing as well as possible.

Today is my Mom's 85th Birthday. Wish I
could have taken her to dinner, but I bought
her a watch-bracelet and flowers.

Haven't been out in almost a year because of
fatigue. I've given up on doctors, pretty much
given up entirely.

Wishing you all the best,
Kevin
