I can't put it on the TMA site because it's copyrighted. I couldn't
find anywhere on the Discovery Health site to get permission.
I split it into 3 parts and reduced them but Google gmail is the only
email that allows attachment large enough to accept them. So I can
email them to anyone with a gmail.com address. You can get one free
at http://mail.google.com/mail/signup
Gmail allows attachments up to 20mb and have 6gb mailboxes.

anyway. I'm a bit paranoid and follow the rules. Sorry.
