About the exercisings you do, dont overdo. It breakes more than it builds up. The exercises you have to do is for maintain the muscles. When you try to build up, the effect can be the opposit. Take care Wim

I also can walk (with walker) and since taking baclofen pills for 1 1/2 weeks, it has gotten harder to do - especially getting up - I have been blaming it on over-exercise, I have been getting down on the floor & doing some exercises a couple of days per week, and I am going to stop for a while to see if it improves.
